This photo was taken at Teotihuacan was one of the major cities of Mesoamerica during the pre-Hispanic times.
Teotihuacan today is a tourist town, which draws many people from all social classes. Can be observed in Teotihuacan variety of some small pyramids and other huge, the most famous pyramids are the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon.
The photo shows the sun pyramid, which fascinated me. About a year ago I had the opportunity to go to Teotihuacan.
The pyramid you can climb to reach the top, has 264 steps, is said to be at the top, standing in the center of the platform, if you make a wish, it will surely be fulfilled, it is also the appropriate place to receive "cosmic energy", even more, there are parents who bring their children in their arms to the top for presentation to the cosmos, the Pyramid of the Sun takes respect for a sacred temple.
Undoubtedly, it most exciting of Teotihuacan was to climb the pyramid of the sun, it was exhausting but also very satisfying, something bad , maybe it was the vendors who insist on any article to sell and do not leave us alone throughout the trip, but overall it's a great place to spend with your friends, family, girlfriend.
